USPA NEWS - The UN Security Council will meet urgently on Monday March 7, once again since the beginning of the armed conflict (February 24, 22) in Ukraine, at the request of the USA and Albania, to discuss the health crisis following the Russia's invasion of Ukraine. On the same day, a new negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will also take place in the for the third round of talks, on the Belarusian border (Gomel).
NATO refused to establish a no-fly zone in Ukraine to prevent Russian bombing. Indeed, the Russian President, Putin, explained that any country allowing this No Fly Zone would make him a "co belligerent", including NATO. Ukrainian President Zelensky then reacted immediately, via social networks, denouncing NATO's decision, which he considers a form of "self-hypnosis" of the members of the Alliance. (Source, US. The United States and Albania had, previously, called for a UN Security Council vote on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. GMT on a draft resolution strongly condemning the invasion of Ukraine and calling for the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops.
