In a statement released by the White House yesterday, it states that National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan met with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal of Ukraine that afternoon. Mr. Sullivan conveyed the United States’ unwavering commitment to supporting the government and people of Ukraine. The two discussed the security, economic, and humanitarian assistance the United States is providing, including the new support announced by President Biden yesterday, and ongoing efforts with international partners to impose further costs on Russia for its unprovoked aggression.
