Second open letter from former Prime Minister Imran Khan to the Chief of Army Staff:
"I wrote an open letter to the Army Chief (AAP) with good intentions for the betterment of the country and the nation, so that the growing gap between the army and the people could be reduced, but the response was extremely frivolous and irresponsible."
I am the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and the head of the country's most popular and largest political party - I have spent my entire life making the country and nation famous on the global stage. Since 1970, my 55 years of public life and 30 years of earnings are in front of everyone - I live and die only in Pakistan.

I am the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and the head of the country's most popular and largest political party - I have spent my entire life making the country and nation famous on the global stage. Since 1970, my 55 years of public life and 30 years of earnings are in front of everyone - I live and die only in Pakistan.
I am solely concerned about the perception of our military and the potential implications of the growing gap between the public and the military, which is why I wrote this letter.
If public opinion were taken on the 6 points I have identified, 90 percent of the public would support these points.

Pre-poll rigging through agencies and changing the election results to establish an orderly government, getting the 26th Constitutional Amendment passed by Parliament at gunpoint to take over the judiciary and recruiting pocket judges, implementing black laws like PECA to silence voices raised against oppression and oppression, destroying the country's economy by adding sand to political instability and the "whose stick is his buffalo", continuously subjecting the country's largest political party to state terrorism and involving all state institutions in political engineering and political revenge, are not only hurting public sentiments but are also continuously widening the gap between the people and the army.
The army is an important institution of the country, but a few black sheep sitting in it are harming the entire institution. One such person is the colonel sitting in Adiala Jail, who is not only flouting the constitution, law and prison manual while controlling the prison staff, but is also violating human rights.

One such person is the colonel sitting in Adiala Jail, who is not only flouting the constitution, law and prison manual while controlling the prison staff, but is also violating human rights.
He is acting in a manner similar to that of the “occupying army”, keeping court orders at bay. Earlier, Akram, the dutiful superintendent of Adiala Jail, was kidnapped and tortured because he used to uphold the law and implement prison rules, and even now all the staff are being intimidated. In order to increase pressure on me, the prison administration under a colonel has done every injustice to me, violating basic human rights. I have been kept in a death mill. I was kept in complete lock-up for 20 days where even sunlight did not reach.
For five days, the electricity in my cell was turned off and I was in complete darkness. My exercise equipment and TV were taken away and I was not allowed to even have access to newspapers. They even withhold books whenever they want. Apart from these 20 days, I was again kept in lock-up for 40 hours. My sons have been allowed to talk to me only three times in the last six months.
In this case too, I am not allowed to talk to my children, which is my fundamental and legal right, in defiance of the court order. Members of my party come from far-off areas to meet me, but they are also not allowed to meet me despite court orders.

Only a few people have been introduced to me in the last six months. Despite the clear orders of the Islamabad High Court, I am not allowed to meet my wife. My wife is also kept in solitary confinement.
The aim of the capture of the judicial system and court packing through the 26th Constitutional Amendment passed at gunpoint is to cover up human rights violations and electoral fraud and to recruit “pocket judges” to give arbitrary decisions in cases against me so that there is no one to give transparent decisions in the judiciary. Decisions in all my cases are being made through pressure. I have been illegally convicted 4 times. There is so much pressure on judges to give decisions against me that one judge’s blood pressure increased 5 times and he had to be admitted to the prison hospital. This judge told my lawyer that there is extreme pressure from “above” to convict me and my wife.
On May 9 and November 26, our unarmed pro-democracy activists were subjected to extreme cruelty and violence. Peaceful citizens were directly shot. In three years, under the guise of political revenge, millions of citizens' homes were raided,
more than 20,000 of our workers and supporters were arrested and hundreds were kidnapped and tortured, thousands of innocent people were kept in jails for months in false cases.
Due to pressure from agencies, the bail applications of more than 2,000 of our workers, supporters and party leaders are still pending with the High Court judges.
?The way our women have been treated in the last three years is extremely shameful and regrettable. Never in the history of Pakistan have politicians’ housewives been targeted like this. This shows how low our morals have fallen. Elderly women and young girls have been kept in jails. Hundreds of women, including my wife, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, who is a 75-year-old cancer patient, and my two sisters, who are over 65 years old, have been unjustly imprisoned and their modesty violated. During the time of the Holy Prophet (?), women, elders and children were not harassed. Our religion commands that even the enemy’s women and children should not be mistreated in war situations, and here our own mothers, sisters and daughters have not been considered.

All this is against our traditions and due to this, hatred against the army has increased a lot among the people, which if corrected in time, it will be better for both the army and the country, otherwise irreparable losses may have to be incurred from all this.
?Social media and the internet have also been banned through black laws like PECA. Due to all this, Pakistan's GSP Plus status is also in danger. Due to internet disruptions, our IT industry has lost billions of dollars and the careers of the youth are being destroyed.
?By disregarding the public mandate based on the desires of a few individuals, the foundation of such political instability has been laid, due to which the economy is in a bad state and investors and skilled people have been forced to leave Pakistan and move abroad rapidly with their capital. Economic instability is at its peak. The growth rate is zero and investment in Pakistan is non-existent. Poverty and unemployment are on the rise in the country.
Our soldiers are making sacrifices for Pakistan. For success in the war against terrorism, it is necessary that the nation stands behind the army,

Our soldiers are making sacrifices for Pakistan. For success in the war against terrorism, it is necessary that the nation stands behind the army,
but it is a sad fact that due to the policies of the establishment and these illegal actions, the army's reputation among the people is constantly increasing.
All this is a violation of the army's oath. The army of no country treats its citizens like this, but rather the occupying forces who consider themselves above every constitution and law do so.
?"It is essential for the stability and security of the country that the gap between the army and the people be reduced, and there is only one way to reduce this growing gap, and that is for the army to return to its constitutional boundaries, separate itself from politics and fulfill its assigned responsibilities, and this task will have to be done by the army itself, otherwise this growing gap will become fault lines in the term of national security.
Said : The Great Leader of the Pakistan.
