USPA NEWS - The events in Iraq follow after 2003, more than twenty years ago after the American occupation and the change of the previous regime, to reveal the collapse of peaceful coexistence in many Iraqi governorates, whether in the south or centre, as well as the western provinces, and even the province of Nineveh, which is considered the second province in Iraq after the capital Baghdad. Over the past years, these governorates, under the American occupation, have witnessed the development of terrorist manifestations, with the inciting sectarian discourse that generated a state of division and sectarian political violence in most Iraqi governorates, except for the province of Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, which was and still is the incubator for all Iraqis of different religions, sects and minorities.
Where Erbil's policy in the period of political and sectarian violence witnessed by most Iraqi governorates, maintained the religious, social and intellectual standards in Erbil, and surrounded it with a fence of social, political and security control, those standards that are based on the values, customs and traditions of Iraqi society. Most notably, when the political leadership in Erbil announced a general amnesty for all the people of the northern provinces of Kurdish nationalism who were working with the Baghdad regime before the change.
Then Erbil opened its doors to all Iraqis of various affiliations when all the western provinces were subjected to the terrorist occupation of ISIS, and provided them with a helping hand. At the same time, the political leadership in Erbil has not only preserved the rights of all Iraqis in Erbil without exception, such as the right to provide a decent life, the provision of health care and basic services, education, the right to achieve human values, such as justice and equality, the right to protection and security, and their right to express their opinions and participate in the affairs of their society and other rights, such as the right to freedom of belief, thought and freedom of choice. From this point of view, the strategy of the political leadership in Erbil created a state of social balance in the province.
In the same context, the Kurdistan Government was engaged shortly after 2003, in a large and extensive process to modernise all aspects of social, economic and commercial life, and to work continuously maintain the security of the region. It succeeded with excellence, as a result of choosing an elite capable of managing the organs of the region, and as mentioned earlier, emphasising the issue of security stability and the independence of the judiciary. Which created a state of economic and social stability, in addition to the mighty movement in construction and urbanisation, which made Erbil one of the most important cities in the world attracting investment at all local, regional and international levels.
According to the above, the main title of the political discourse in Erbil was and still is summarised in the slogan (citizenship and peaceful coexistence). From this discourse, the circle of support and love for Erbil has expanded, and in addition, the presence of many forms of distinctive expression from all spectrums of the Iraqi people has increased. Therefore, Erbil was able to sweep the enemies in all circumstances, and at all times.
These achievements of the Kurdish people who have struggled over the decades confirm that no matter how strong those lurk in the stability and development of Erbil, the wisdom of the political leadership in Erbil and the will of the struggling Kurdish people are stronger, and they have won and will ultimately win. She emphasises that it is time for the Kurdish experience to be an icon and a symbol of humanity, an experience that should be imitated by all Iraqi provinces and cities. Especially that the political leadership in Erbil was at the forefront of Iraqi leaders and leaders who called after the change of the previous regime to flow the page of the past and pardon all Iraqis, except for their hands stained with blood, and work together to build a new Iraq based on citizenship, peaceful coexistence and the rule of law.
Conclusion..

The security, economic and social stability in Erbil, the continuous polarisation of international companies, the correct urban planning and the drawn economic policy will make it a city comparable to advanced cities. In five years, Erbil will be a major competitor to many cities such as Paris and Dubai.

They deserve this in light of opening up to the world and putting the interest of Erbil and the region above all partisan and political interests despite the restrictions used by the centre government with them, but they continue to achieve their desired goals in the development and prosperity of the city of Erbil and the region as a whole.
