Rasta Rokho Held For Better Healthcare Facilities In Government Hospital

USPA NEWS - Under the aegis of United Forum, the protest of Rayalaseema SC & ST Association, SCRPS, APMRPS, Mala Mahanadu, Ambedkar Yuvajana Sangam, Bahujan Samaj Party, Cheneta Aikya Vedika entered sixth day on Saturday at Tahasildar Office.
United Forum held Rasta Rokho at Rajiv Circle on May 30, demanding better healthcare facilities and services in the government hospital.

Under the aegis of United Forum, the protest of Rayalaseema SC & ST Association, SCRPS, APMRPS, Mala Mahanadu, Ambedkar Yuvajana Sangam, Bahujan Samaj Party, Cheneta Aikya Vedika entered sixth day on Saturday at Tahasildar Office. Leaders of CPM and CITU joined in the protest and expressed their solidarity.
Speaking at the rasta rokho, the leaders said that the poor had to go to private hospitals due to lack of minimum healthcare facilities and services in the government hospital. They alleged that the private hospitals and doctors have turned this to their full advantage and started looting the poor. They unitedly demanded an action against the private hospitals, medical shops and labs that are being run against the rules and regulations.
