USPA NEWS - The 70th edition of La Vuelta of Spain start this Saturday in Puerto Banus, a tourist resort in the province of Malaga on the Spanish Costa del Sol. La Vuelta 2015 presents fifteen unpublished end in an edition to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the race.
