MINISTER OF INTERIOR CAZENEUVE DEPLORES THE INFRINGEMENT OF THE REPUBLIC

USPA NEWS - Minister of the Interior Bernard CAZENEUVE, congratulates the gendarmes, police officers and firefighters of Isere, whose determined action has restored the republican order and to end the unacceptable abuses yesterday in Moirans.

By late afternoon, yesterday, several dozen members of the “Nomadic community" erected a barricade then ignited on the RD 1085. Alongside, hooded individuals set fire to two vehicles on the tracks at the station Moirans, causing the cut-train traffic between Lyon and Grenoble.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By early evening, the security forces were deployed regained control of the RD 1085, then to 20 hours from the station. No injuries were reported. The lights were switched off, traffic on RD1085 road restored. SNCF has supported the evacuation of 218 passengers who were in the two trains near the station Moirans.
