USPA NEWS - The Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore addressing the gathering on the occasion of Vijaydashmi, in Amritsar, Punjab on October 22, 2015.

Mr. Rathor appreciated the efforts of local Dusherra committee.
The Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Rathor has said that Vijaydashmi in not only a symbol of Victory of goodness on evil but an excellent exempla of communal harmony.

Addressing a mammoth gathering on the occasion of vijaydashmi in Amritsar of Punjab on October22, he said this event is celebrated by all faction of the society with religious fervor and enthusiasm in the country.

The Minister called upon the people to strengthen peace and communal harmony which are vital for nation´s development and prosperity. Mr. Rathor appreciated the efforts of local Dusherra committee for organizing such type of event which encourage peace and hormony.
