On this occasion, he detailed stock of measures implemented since 2012.

Alain Vidalies, French Secretary of State for Transport, Sea and Fisheries, spoke this Tuesday, November 3rd to 11th Sitting of the Economy of the Sea in Marseille, annual major event bringing together over 1700 professionals maritime world. On this occasion, he detailed stock of the measures implemented since 2012 and said the last major advances brought these months by the government, particularly in the context of the Inter Ministerial Committee of the Sea (Cimer) chaired by the Prime Minister on October 22 .----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maritime spatial planning, Alain Vidal confirmed that the maritime facade of advice would be consulted in the coming weeks, according to the willingness of the government to speed up the work, so important for the development of maritime activities and the prevention of conflicts use. Nationally, the decree on the powers, composition and functioning of the National Council sea and coastline was published on October 27, it will provide a modernised framework for consultation.

DEFINITION OF PROPERTY TAXATION ARRANGEMENTS TO A PUBLIC SERVICE---------------------------------------- To support the development of major sea ports, each of which has renewed its strategic project, a new impetus has been given by the Government with expected concrete measures by professionals: reduction of costs for barge operators, interoperability of electronic processing systems goods from customs, extension of the reverse charge VAT, definition of property taxation arrangements taking into account the allocation of plots to a public service, organisation of a progressive taxation of property transferred by the State ... Finally these are important public resources devoted to the development of these infrastructures: € 1,152Bn under the plan contracts State-Region (CPER) 2015-2020, including € 230M for the part of the state, for € 54M investments in ports overseas, and € 53M of European subsidies granted (PII). SHIP OF THE FUTURE TO BE DISCUSSED AT NEXT CORICAN For the renewal and greening of commercial fleets, Alain Vidal announced the publication of the decree for securing exemptions on capital gains from disposals, following the positive feedback from the European Commission. The government also launched a major effort to loosen the grip of the credit: alignment of credit insurance schemes on the terms offered by foreign competition; extension of the guarantee scheme to shipbuilding; launching a pilot exercise with the EIB risk sharing between banks and public operators when shipowners adopt new technologies like LNG propulsion; extension of the call for proposals to support investment in clean ferries ... A roadmap for the "ship of the future" is within the framework of future investments, will also be adopted at the next meeting of CORICAN (Orientation Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Naval Activities).
