As he had announced before Saturday, December 5th plenary meeting of the COP, Laurent Fabius met today the team of 14 facilitators to assist it throughout this week to obtain the expected success. Those are :-----------------------------------------------
- Emmanuel Issoze-Ngondet (Gabon), Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jochen Flasbarth and (Germany), Secretary of State for the Environment, responsible for the "implementation of means" (finance, technology and capacity)-------------------------------
- Izabella Texeira (Brazil), Minister of Environment and Vivian Balakrishnan (Singapore), Foreign Minister, will be in charge of the subject of differentiation;-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Tine Sundtoft (Norway), Minister of Environment, and James Fletcher (Saint Lucia), Minister of Public Service, sustainable development, energy, science and technology, the theme will be responsible for the ambition ;--------------------------------------
- Pa Ousman Jarju (The Gambia), Minister of Environment and Amber Rudd (United Kingdom), Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, will be responsible for the actions to be taken before 2020 (excluding pre-processed in 2020 finances As part of implementing means). Work on these first four themes began on Sunday afternoon. On the other hand, raw informal consultations on the following topics will be initiated very quickly:-----------------------------------------------------

- Manuel Pulgar Vidal (Peru), Minister of Environment and President of COP20, in charge of the preamble. It will also, on behalf of the President of COP21, a mission in connection with the representatives of civil society---------------------------------
Catherine McKenna (Canada), Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Daniel Vicente Ortega Pacheco (Ecuador), Minister of Environment and Sultan Ahmed Al Jabeir (UAE) Minister of State, Special Envoy for change climate and energy, are also part of the team of facilitators. Their missions will be detailed Monday, December 7th. Other facilitators may be appointed if necessary.
