Less than a mile away is a not-so-secret CIA outpost called 'The Annex', which is protected by a team of Private Military Contractors Global Response Staff made up of former special operations personnel.

Despite warnings, Ambassador Christopher Stevens decides to stay at the Special Mission with limited protection from a pair of Diplomatic Security Agents and guards hired from the local 17-Feb militia.
The film follows six members of a security team who fight to defend the American diplomatic compound after waves of attacks on September 11, 2012.

THE BOOK :

'13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi' is a 2014 historical action book by American author Mitchell Zuckoff that depicts an attak by Libyan islamist militants at the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi (Libya) on September 11, 2012. The book is an account from the point of view of the compound's defenders
REVIEW :

To be seen taking into account that this is coming from the point of view of the compound's defenders represented by the author of the book of the same name. Therefore, very entertaining film with 90% war actions, lots of muscles, american heroism of course, and lots of confusion from the outside perspective.
