The Women's Earth and Climate Action Network, the Women's Global makes a Call for Climate Justice and their incredible allies around the world as they unite for 'Women Act for Climate Justice: Ten Days of Global Mobilization' this October 28 - November 6, 2016, in the lead up to COP22 Marrakech.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Women and girls around the world will raise our voices and take action to show our resistance to environmental and social degradation; highlight the climate impacts our communities are facing; demand drastic change away from our unjust economic and development systems; and demonstrate the many effective, just and safe climate solutions, strategies and political calls that are being implemented by women and girls around the world on a daily basis.-------------------------------- This is a decentralized action campaign that everyone can participate in locally by submitting a photo and statement individually or as a group.
